Representatives from Ceylan Energy today attended a roadshow in London to launch the second Sri Lankan licensing round. The London leg of the roadshow took place at the British Museum, with the other legs taking place in Houston, Texas and Singapore.

Thirteen blocks have been designated in the Sri Lankan sectors of the Cauvery and Mannar basins located to the North and West of Sri Lanka respectively.

During the London roadshow the PRDS team presented a technical overview of the nominated blocks and discussed the legal and fiscal terms that govern the licensing round and outlined the timetable and bidding procedures for the round.
